CLASS ABILITIES


Does Augment Summoning work on the Summoner’s Summon Monster spell like ability?
Yes.


Can a summoner change the base shape of a eidolon when they advance a level?

No you can't change the base shape. However you since you are concerned
about stuffing it as part of the learning process, you may change the base shape each level up until
6th level. Thereafter it is set in stone. (Though a wish or miracle I'd let change base shape after
this)

Can a wizard with the arcane bond class feature choose a firearm as their bonded weapon?

For anything over 800gp you will also need to submit a minimum 1000 word essay explaining how this came  to be. No bonus xp for this.

FEATS

Does the feat Catch Off Guard combined with Quick Draw allow anything to be drawn as a free action?

No.

Is the Multi Weapon fighting feat available for an Alchemist with the Vestigal Arm discovery?

Yes, despite the muti-weapon fighting not being on the list of allowable sources, you may select it. Though there will be no improved or greater versions of this feat. This feat is a super feat, it is better than the three standard two weapon fighting feats combined (ie two weapon fighting, improved two weapon fighter and greater two weapon fighting). Though you should be aware that there are some inherent draw backs, such as needing to spend wealth on a 2nd, 3rd and 4th weapon and also counting as a non-standard creature for the purpose of buying and wearing armour.

GENERAL

Can a weapon be considered an improvised weapon if a character is non-proficient in it?

No a weapon shouldn't normally be considered an improvised weapon. It's a weapon, no improvisation required.


What about the Monk of the Empty Hand, they treat any weapon as an improvised weapons?
This is a class ability and therefore an exception, I'd suggest that unless you wield a weapon as it was intended to be used, you do not benefit from any magical weapon enchantments that the weapon may have

Can an item crafter sell the items that they make, even with the magical knack trait?

That is fine, though it sells for the usual 50%. So you will get a meager 5% profit with magical knack. If you are asking to sell items at full market value. Then no. This would mean becoming an npc and running shop, complete with various running costs, taxes, etc

SPELL CASTING

Can a spell caster wielding a two-handed weapons cast spells without issue?

Yes spell casters may cast spells without issue while fighting with a two handed weapon. Trying to police switching hands and remembering if it's being wielded for purpose of AoO isn't worth the effort.

SPELLS: 

Are the communal spells from Ultimate Combat allowed? 

Yes. The fact they are touch spells and divide up the duration amongst participants is a suitable drawback.

Are the Litany spells from Ultimate Combat allowed?

Yes. Though they are a bit of a rort, if they start to annoy me I will change them to a Will negates spell.
